The courses are available for all interted organisations. You have to register and transfer the fee of the course (€199+VAT) to our bank account and you can have a three-month access to the e-training on the 7th framework programme. After receiving your payment we will send you the login name and password to the e-mail address you registered.

The second part of the first course is designed for beginners who do not have experience in proposal development under the framework programmes |
| Course on proposal development under FP7 |
The first module discusses in details the methods of partner search, the main criterion of the consortium composition and provides useful hints and tips how to evaluate our partners before involving them into the project.
In the second module the students will learn how to fill in the administrative and technical parts of the proposal. The chapters go through the A and B forms, focusing on possible difficulties that may occur during the development. Budget, cost models and categories, cost-benefit analysis, fiscal management, reporting to EC.
Submitting your proposal you have to wait many months before you are be informed on the result. The third module introduces what happens with the proposal documents during these months. Evaluation and negotiation procedure of FP7 are clear and transparent procedures and very useful to know in-depth before project development.

In many cases it turns out that the project proposal development is an easy process compared to the implementation of an international project. To be successful in this phase the coordinator has to have a well-prepared manager who is able to manage the project's technical, financial, cultural and legal problems in the same time. This course goes through on the main tasks of the project manager and gives many useful advice. |
Where to start?
The courses build on each other, but they are also separated. According to your previous experience, you can conclude all courses, or just one or two of them. It is also possible to learn only some of the modules. The exams at the end of the courses are to test your knowledge, but they are not obbligatory to do. You can go on without passing them.
What is the structure?
The courses are divided in modules, and each module is divided in chapters. Self-assessment tests offer you a possibility to check what you have learnt.
If you know the answer to less than 80% of the questions you are suggested to go through the module/course again.
If you pass successfully one of the e-learning courses (concluding the exam as well) the SME Environment Consortium will give you a certificate of your achievements.
